Thought to Life Cont. : Attitudes Towards Happiness

I would say that life is all about a hopes, expectations and dreams. Will you agree with me?

Our lives are full of busy schedules - daily tasks,challenges, pressures.This mostly takes the joy out of daily living. But what if you can take what ever you go through or do in a most positive manner.I am sure life would be more interesting and purposeful.

Attitude matters a lot for a happy life.

Wait to worry.Do not jump in to problems.Always take every hard situation which comes across as a opportunity and face them.See the silver line in the dark sky rather dark sky and not the silver line as it appear.

Keep an attitude of gratitude.Always open your mouth to say thank you and appreciate.

Health is your wealth.If you loose your health you loose everything.Take time to exercise.Catch up on your sleep and eat right.Energy is very much important to cope up with the stressing daily schedules.I know it is not really easy to get up early, do exercise and go office and work. But the process you go through really will make you more strong and self confident.

Do something good to some one.That happiness surely do comes back to you.May be not today or tomorrow but one day for sure.Rather thinking about the return factor always think of the moments happiness you get by seeing the other holding the smile you gifted to that person.That moments satisfaction is priceless.

Learn to say "NO".We all have our own capacity.If we always say yes we run a greater danger of serving relationships than if we refuse right away.

Be disciplined.If you disciplined your self today you will be happy tomorrow.Take the responsibility. Apologize the mistakes if you miss any but always be brave to take the higher responsibility.

Last but not least always stay surrounded by people who think and act positively.Find people who challenge you, believe you thus inspire you for more achievements.Love every one and be loved by every one.

Life is too short for moments of regrets sorrow and frustration.Be passionate of what you do.If you are not leave what you do right away and do what makes you happy.It helps your mind and body both be creating a happy thus stress free moments.

Okay... I have my assignments to be completed.Took moments out of it just to make my self feel happy and contended as writing is my passion.Time to get back to work.

Think through my words, if any one of you take a U turn to do something to make your self happy rather doing what is assigned that is the greater victory I achieve.
